The preservation season is upon us and so far we have processed over 130 half pints jars of raspberry jelly and a couple dozen mixed berry jellies. Soon enough we will be starting on blueberry, blackberry, grape, and apple. It’s hard to pick a favorite but we will all be disappointed when the raspberries go out of season. For now though they are still going strong!
